Returns & Refunds


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your recent purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on your item(s) within 6 months of the purchase once the item is unworn with all original tags attached. (NB: we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene)

Please note that returns are usually processed within 7 business days from receipt at our returns centre. This may be slightly longer during peak times.

Exchanges are shipped with 24 hours of processing your return. A member of our team will contact you if there is any delay with shipping your exchange e.g. if the item you requested is unavailable.

Refunds are submitted within 48 hours of your return being processed. You will be refunded the price paid for the returned item(s) and this will not include the original shipping fee paid to deliver your order. Once the refund has been processed you will receive an automated confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account. This normally takes 2-3 working days but please note that payments to your credit/debit card always depend on your bank provider.


We offer a pickup service, whereby, we can arrange for our trusted courier to collect your purchase at an address and time that is convenient for you. A return label will be emailed to you, which will need to be printed, and a customs invoice if applicable. If you wish to avail of this service, please contact our customer care team by emailing us at or via our Live Chat option on the website to  arrange payment. 

Alternatively, you may use your own national postal service to return the item.

For an easy & hassle-free returns service, Aran Sweater Market advises that should you wish to return from outside the European Union (i.e. non-EU customers), that we are not liable for any customs, duties or fees that may be imposed when the package is returning to us. To avoid these unnecessary fees & for your own protection, we strongly recommend that you use our reputable signed courier service as this will insure you for the full value of the goods. Our courier service will provide you with all necessary customs documentation & declarations.

If you decide to use your own courier service, additional charges may apply & the returning package remains the customer's responsibility until it is received by our Warehouse. We also recommend that if you are using your own courier service that you retain full proof of sending in the event of a dispute between you and your courier.

Within your return package, please include the following:

  • Order Number

  • Name

  • The reason for return- exchange, refund or store credit. 

  • The Item you would like to purchase as part of the exchange.

  • Your full postal address, telephone number and email for shipping the replacement (if different from original order)

In the unlikely event of your product not having reached you in perfect condition please contact us immediately to arrange a return for a replacement. All we need the order number and a photograph of the issue so we can authorise the return. Damage/fault claims must be submitted within 2-3 days of receipt of your order, and we’ll look after you from here. 

Normal wear is not considered a defect.
